Those falling Leaves

I love to see those falling leaves, beautiful..

but that tree must be sad because he can't keep all those beautiful leaves

the tree will have the new one

but it's not as easy as that

sometimes he run out of water

he is waiting for the rain, but this season is not stable

waiting for human, but they are often not respected each other

he do really wanna produce his own water

but,

it's extremely impossible

lucky him, there's a soil,

she can be the mediator

even she's far below but she's the only hope

see?

there's always a possibility behind those million possibilities

not easy, but it will be :)

Communication Problems (Dian Ambar Riani)

-How technology affects communication positively and negatively?

Nowadays, Technology is really affects to people’s communication. Positively and negatively. 

For example, When we have a conversation with our friends, sometimes they are too busy with their technology. Even we’ve told them to listening us, but they do still busy with their technology especially gadget. It just an example of the negative affect.

Some people just take it easy, but the rest of them will feel so annoyed and they thought it was not polite at all. It is clear that technology has a bad affect for those who feel annoyed, they will never feel as enjoyed as talking with people who are focused on their conversation. There’s no more quality in their communication if there’s one of them who are not focused on that conversation.

From the positive side of technology in communication, it will become more positive if those people who are using the technology use it as wise as it should be. For example, when we talk about another culture with friends and we don’t really understanding it a hundred percent, we can take a look at the internet by our technology. With that help, our discussion will be greater.

-Why listening is such a big challenge for most people? Explain by giving answer.

I agreed with the statement in this question. Sometimes we found people who looked like they aren’t enjoying our story, or with whatever that comes out from our mouth. First of all, we should understand that every person has their own style in communicating. Secondly, all people have different interests so it’s all back to the people. Do the really want to hear our story or not? Do they have a high-respect to us or not?.

It won't feel as hard as that if we always learned how to communicate with other nicely. Then those people will have more respect to us when we have some stories to share.

Meeting Invitation for Welcoming a New Staff
