Where do you want to go? (part 2)

Hmm.. Actually I want to explore around Indonesia first.
But if I have a special chance to go out of Indonesia for holiday yeaa why not? :p
I already have a dream where should I go if there’s a special offer for me :p
And the country is….

Iceland..

Iceland is really an awesome country and there ‘s loads of stuff you can see and to do there.

The Blue Lagoon is the most beautiful place in Iceland (I think).
That is Iceland’s biggest tourist draw and regardless of the outside temperature and the geothermal pool maintains an amazing 40 degree average.
I heard that the waters are rich in minerals so make the most of this sky blue oasis.
And then there’s Aurora Borealis/Northern Lights.
From October to march the skies dance in various colours.
Whoaaa it such a sky in heaven :3 we can see some amazing colours became a really nice sky.

Here are the things that we need to prepare :
You need to have a strong willed if you want to get there, bring our buy the right clothes, this is a place for a serious clothing that you can layer. Bring waterproof pants and shoes. Do many kind of exercises to get used being there and the last one is pray for everything.

Where do you want to go? (part 1)

In Indonesia there’s a lot of travel destination.
It almost be an uncountable beautiful destination in it.

I think Indonesia is the hidden world’s heaven that I really want to explore.
Especially about the beach. I’m a beach lover yes I do really a beach lover! I can cry at that time when I saw a beautiful beach that I really want to go. But I need to be patient I still don’t have enough budget to get there. One day I’ll get to those places.

I’ve a lot of lists destination in Indonesia. But at this chance I will tell you one of my dream destination in Indonesia.

That is Ora Beach!!!! That located at Ambon, Moluccas.

When I found some articles about Ora Beach I always say “when will I go there? I really want to get there.” Aaaakkkk someone please take me there! I love it so damn :’)

Is there still anyone who ask me why I really want to get there?
God, please open your eyes that is Heaveen…. Heaven…. In this world.
At there we can feel the luxury of staying on top of the clear seawater, in the mids of corals.
Whoah I can’t stand to see those pictures about Ora…..
I got some tips and things that we need to bring if we want to get there..
Firstly, you can take at least 5 days-off to stay there. And then we need to booked the renthouse at least a month before. For the few main things that we need to bring is of course camera! Bring the best one because there will be a lot of beautiful objects to shoot! :p the other things is extra secondary clothes. Why? I’m sure we will often get into the water.
For another things there, I still couldn’t tell you further..
Oneday.. I’ll tell you many moreeee about Ora Beach. God… bring me there..

Two Fish Divers is owned and run by Tina and Nigel, an English couple who are BSAC & PADI instructors. They have been living and diving in the area since 1999, and they have a very particular philosophy that makes Two Fish Divers very different from any other dive center in the area, and perhaps elsewhere in the world. The Two Fish philosophy is based on the principle of creating the diving holiday and resort that they and their friends would want to go on.

Both Tina & Nigel took up diving 20 years ago in the UK as a hobby, and they were on a round-the-world trip when they first visited Bunaken Island in 1998. They loved the diving so much that they decided to give up their 9-to-5 jobs in London and stay in Bunaken to open up their own dive centre. Two Fish Divers started operations on Bunaken Island with one dive guide and one dive boat. Over the last 12 years it has been built up steadily so that Two Fish Divers now consists of three PADI 5 Star resorts with five or six dive-guides and three dive-boats at each resort. Why did they decide to stay and make a life on a tropical island? They just love the diving!

           Tey said :

We are one of a select few dive resorts in Indonesia that have been awarded the status of 5 Star Dive operation and 5 Star Instructor Development Dive operation by PADI

These are steps up from being just a PADI Resort, but what does this really mean? In order to receive 5 Star status a dive centre needs to have the following in place:
  • An above average safety record for diving
  • Compressors regularly tested for air quality
  • Oxygen and first aid on board every dive boat
  • Staff from the local community – we think that we should employ local people, and at least 75% of our staff is taken from the local community at each of our locations
  • Conservation involvement – we are active members of the conservation society, North Sulawesi Watersports Association (NSWA), through which we help organise initiatives on reef conservation. Other activities include helping Aquatic Alliance with their manta research in Lembongan, and regular beach & marine debris cleanups at all our dive centers. Our conservation work was recently recognized by Project Aware when they made us a feature member on their website in Nov 2012. Check out our profile on Project Aware’s website: My Ocean, as well as other conservation initiatives we run by visiting our Conservation page.
  • Community involvement – we regularly make donations to the local villages for community projects in all the areas that we operate. We are also committed to training at least 2 new dive guides every year, and to developing our dive guides as PADI Divemasters
  • Commitment to dive courses – we are committed to conducting at least 100 dive courses and have 2 European instructors at each resort, and we have also just hired 2 Indonesian instructors at our Bunaken operation

The Costumer is Always Right (?) y/n(?)

“The Costumer is Always Right?”

Have you ever heard that kind of statement? And do you agree of that?

Sometimes we just don’t like or feeling annoyed with some shopkeeper who act like they’re not giving us their best service. It shouldn’t be like that.. they must be kind with every costumers.

Why? Let’s discuss this topic.
Where do you usually do shopping? Mall? Boutique? Factory Outlet? or market?
Do you find some differences when you do shopping at those each place?
I do feel some differences between of those place.

The shopkeeper at the different places will do the different service too. For example, when we shopping at the mall or boutique they will be very kind with us. Why? I also still didn’t get the reason. I just thought that they still don’t know how to be a good shopkeeper. Even if we just shop at the market we can get their best service. It’s not about the place.

Smile? Is that important? Of course, they should show their sincere smile. What’s for? To show the costumer that they’re happy with our coming. If they show their flat expression belive or not the costumer will leave that place as soon as possible, yap they feel uncomfortable.

Listening to the costumers? Mmm hmmm.. sometimes the costumer’s just being too much telling what they want. But it’s still important to listen what they want, besides the talkative costumers.

Its all above telling us that we(costumers) really need your best service, but there’s still more important thing. What is that?
It’s about delighting us not just serving us. How? Just show your best way to make us comfortable when we shop in your place. Believe me.. you will get many costumers if you keep your best service in every side.

DEFINITION OF TOURISM

Hellowowow^^ I’m baack

This time I’d like to share about TOURISM.

Wow.. That’s so interesting, isn’t it??? Yup. Recently there’s a lot of people who have a new hobby as a traveller. But sometimes they still didn’t get what is the real purpose of it.

But we should remember that TOURISM is different from travel ,all travel is not TOURISM.But We’ll discuss for next J

Here are some explanation of TOURISM :

"Tourism is a collection of activities, services and industries which deliver a travel experience comprising transportation, accommodation, eating and drinking establishments, retail shops, entertainment businesses and othe hospitality services provided for individuals or groups traveling away from home"

-Guyer Feuler in 1905.

The sum of the phenomena and relationships arising from the interaction of tourists, business suppliers, host goverments and host communities in the process of attracting and hostin these tourists and other visitors"

-Macintosh and Goeldner

"Tourism comprises the activities of persons traveling to and staying in places outside their usual environment for not more than one consecutive year for leisure, business and other purposes."

-UNWTO Definition of Tourism

So.. If I conclude it TOURISM is a collection of activities that have some advantages for many people. How can I say that? Let me explain it for some examples..  firstly for the tourists, because they won’t find any difficulties when they go to their destination. And the second one is for the people who lived in the destination’s places. They could do many thing that can reached a lot of money, like rent their house, sell some food, and so on. Of course TOURISM also make some advantages for the country.

Ok that’s enough for this chance. Thank you for reading.. :)

TANJUNG LESUNG BEACH

Have you ever heard about Tanjung Lesung?
Yup.. there must be some of you who ever heard that name, right? Now I’d like to share my experience when I went there. Tanjung Lesung is a name of a beautiful beach that located at Banten. It can be named as Tanjung Lesung because at the old time it was a name of a village in Banten. The white sand, green trees, and the clear water are the first things that we’d see there.

I went there by car and it tooks around 5 hours to get there from Tangerang (because we through Anyer first). I thought it could be faster to get there if you know the right direction. So.. you can follow the right direction from your GPS and don’t through via anyer because it just waste your time, trust me -_- haha.

It was 1 pm, and I just  arrived there.. Tanjung Lesung is a beach that already managed by a resort there. So when you enter the main gate, there would be a security who gonna tell you about the beach. And you should pay 5.000 Rupiahs for the car. There’re two option of the beach.. the first one is Tanjung Lesung Beach Club and the second one is White Sand Beach. And I choose Tanjung Lesung Beach Club because there’re some water sports that we could try. After you enter the Tanjung Lesung Beach Club’s gate you will pay 75.000 rupiahs/car for the entry fee.

Whoaaa~ it such a beautiful beach that I’ve ever visited so far. The place is really quiet, so we can settle down our mind after we work hard in our city. I took some photos on the long bridge there. It was one of beautiful icon there.

After that, I looked for the price list of the water sports. But unfortunately two of my friends didn’t want to played with us and we just didn’t want to play if not all of us joined in. we decided to swam there. But we don’t took a long time to swam because we were not rent a resort there, and we should go back at 6 pm.

I just drink a coconut ice there and we didn’t buy any kind of food there its all because the restaurant already closed at 4.30 pm. After took a bath we went back to Tangerang..
See You at The Next Wonderful Trip :p

That was one of my favourite beach so far.. You should go there and don’t forget to bring some foods because you’ll get hungry along the way to get there.

Thanks for reading and have a nice holidayyyy!
