Meeting Invitation for Welcoming a New Staff

Assalamu'alaykum..
in this chance, to fullfill my Communication Business Assginment iI'd like to share an example of  meeting invitation for welcoming a new staff in an office.

We're pretending as a publisher that called Futurstic Publisher

Today is a great plus one news day. Amelia Purnamasari is joining our team on May 1. Amel will work as an our new editor.

Amel is a fresh graduate, so if she needs a help, please help her. In fact, she has a good competence I thought.

Amel has a passion in editing, and in her spare time she become a volunteer with organizations that work with at-risk children. She looks forward to volunteering in her new community and will be looking for recommendations about everything from painters to good places to eat.

A reception is scheduled for May 1 in the Building 407 conference room to welcome Amel.
